Meet yourself with ease in this slower-paced yoga practice that prioritizes mobility, stretching and building strength mindfully to help you find balance in your body and mind. This practice will provide you with time to center and ground, whether you are starting your day with this class or creating space in your morning to pause, move and breathe.

This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
