About Me

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, Usui Reiki Master with an additional Oncology Reiki certification, Certified Level 1 YCAT (Yoga Therapy for Cancer & Chronic Illness) teacher, meditation teacher, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I have taught group yoga and meditation classes since 2018 and have experience in a wide range of settings, both in-person and online — from yoga studios and corporate offices to senior centers, hospitals and health clinics.
