Yoga Therapy
Private yoga therapy sessions allow me to give you one-on-one attention where I can tailor each session to your goals and needs, while also guiding and empowering you to find the practices and tools that will help free your mind and body.
I draw upon all the tools I have learned over the years in my sessions—yoga, meditation, pranayama, EFT (tapping), mantras, somatic practices, reiki, and even integrative nutrition—to create a holistically supportive offering that is unique to you and your needs each time we meet.
Yoga Therapy sessions are virtual (via Zoom) or in-person if you are located in the South Bay area.

The initial session is for new clients or clients I haven’t seen in 6 months or more. Includes assessments and an intake in addition to the Yoga Therapy practice.

This is for clients who have already had an initial session with me in the last 3 months or less. Virtual (via Zoom) or in-person if you are local to the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
