I created this yoga practice to meet you where you are in your grief and to provide you with the time and space to nourish and support yourself, in mind, body and spirit.
And to help you refill your cup, especially if it's feeling empty.
When we fill ourselves up, we are able to show up more fully for our community, our loved ones & our world. We also stand more fully in our light and share it effortlessly with others. Any positive shift in our own energy has a ripple effect that impacts everyone around us.
This practice has 3 parts that can be practiced all together or you can pick and choose what you need most right now:
Beginning: 10 minutes of somatic movement
Middle: 45 minutes of hatha flow + 10 minutes of gentle yoga
End: 40 minutes of Restorative Yoga
